PESI ฉบับย่อ (sPESI)

คัดกรองผู้ป่วย pulmonary embolism ความเสี่ยงต่ำที่อาจรักษาแบบผู้ป่วยนอกได้

ค่าที่ต้องกรอก

• อายุ > 80 ปี
• มะเร็ง (history of cancer)
• Chronic cardiopulmonary disease (heart failure หรือ chronic lung disease)
• Heart rate >= 110 /min
• Systolic BP < 100 mmHg
• SaO2 < 90%
