0 คะแนน

ข้อควรระวัง
คะแนนนี้ไม่ได้ validate ในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ผู้ป่วยที่สงสัย pulmonary embolism ร่วมด้วย ผู้ที่มี DVT ข้างเดิมอยู่แล้ว ผู้ที่ได้ยาต้านการแข็งตัวของเลือดอยู่ และผู้ที่มีอาการมานานกว่า 60 วัน
ข้อจำกัดของ D-dimer
D-dimer สูงได้เองในผู้สูงอายุ หญิงตั้งครรภ์ มะเร็ง การติดเชื้อ และหลังผ่าตัด การใช้ค่าปกติปรับตามอายุ (อายุ x 10 ng/mL ในผู้ที่อายุมากกว่า 50 ปี) ช่วยเพิ่มความจำเพาะ
